As our current lease is ending and the building is set for demolition, a new opportunity has opened right in the heart of Tauranga.

For the past four years, The Sanctuary has quietly served as a facility in the Tauranga CBD supporting churches, ministries, and believers across the city.

From city wide worship & prayer to ministry training, various gatherings and Bible studies, it has become a place of connection and purpose.

As demand has grown, so has our conviction: this space has always been part of a bigger story, one of unity, mission, and God’s heart for our city.

Your Contribution Makes a Real Difference

While we expect day-to-day costs to be covered through ongoing use, our immediate focus is Phase One: the initial fit-out, transforming the facility into a warm, functional environment for Kingdom use.

A generous community member has pledged a $1-for-every-$2 donation match, up to $75,000, bringing our fundraising target to NZD $150,000.

Estimated fit-out cost: NZD $200,000–$225,000
Phase One Goal: Raise or pledge $75,000 by June 26th.
This first milestone allows us to secure the lease, begin preparations, and take the first steps toward opening the space.
